Position Title
Director of Operations
CompensationSalary: $65,000 to $70,000
Job SummaryWorking as the Director of Operations you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day Cafe operations along with all catering operations on campus. You will manage and lead a team of employees and you will be responsible for managing client relationships, profitability of the account, and talent development.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
- Maintain excellent relationships with the client
- Work with the Chef and management team in creating nutritious and top quality food for the students
- Implement new culinary programs in conjunction with the Company marketing and culinary teams
- Act as a liaison between the Company, Client, and the community
- BS Hospitality degree preferred
- Catering Leadership
- Hospitality driven
- Multi-task
- Three to five years of food service management experience required
- Dining experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Financial and business acumen
