ANDRITZ is seeking a commercially driven leader to take ownership of our North American Paper & Board business and lead the next phase of its growth and transformation.
This is more than a traditional sales leadership role. It is an opportunity to lead a business, influence strategy, and drive growth across a critical segment of the paper industry.
As the Regional Sales & Business Manager – Paper & Board (North America), you will lead commercial strategy, business development, and growth initiatives across the region while strengthening customer partnerships and expanding market presence.
About the BusinessThe Paper & Board Division supports customers throughout North America with innovative technologies, modernization solutions, rebuilds, upgrades, and services that improve operational performance, reliability, and sustainability.
What You'll Do Business Leadership- Lead business strategy and execution for the North American Paper & Board business.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
- Own business performance and operational results.
- Develop strategic plans aligned with both regional and global objectives.
- Lead sales and business development initiatives across North America.
- Build and strengthen executive-level customer relationships.
- Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities.
- Expand market share and strengthen ANDRITZ's competitive position.
- Lead and develop a team of commercial, technical, and operational professionals.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Build organizational capabilities that support future growth.
- Support strong project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Drive best practices, business processes, and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure strong financial performance and business discipline.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven leadership experience within the paper, board, tissue, industrial equipment, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Strong background in business leadership, technical sales, commercial management, business development, or general management.
- Strong executive-level communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated success driving revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic initiatives.
- Experience leading teams, managing change, and developing talent.
- Strong understanding of industrial manufacturing environments and customer operations.
- Experience with business performance management and P&L responsibility.
- Experience serving the paper, board, or tissue industries.
- OEM, industrial equipment, engineered products, or technology provider experience.
- Experience working with paper machine rebuilds, modernization projects, capital equipment, aftermarket solutions, or industrial process technologies.
- Established industry relationships and professional network.
- Advanced business education or leadership training.
