As our Maintenance Manager, you will play an essential role in maintaining the integrity of our operations. Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll address any issues that could affect plant operations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing inventory, negotiating with vendors for better deals, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. You will also drive the selection and installation of significant projects, maintaining an active role in our entrepreneurial and supportive culture.
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED.
- Computer/Data entry skills.
- Demonstrated personnel supervisory skills.
- College and/or related technical courses preferred.
- Five years experience in the corrugated box industry with heavy experience in electronics, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electricity preferred.
