Overview
Environmental, Health and Safety Manager - Plant job at One Source Technical. Beloit, WI.
Responsibilities- Must have (5) years of plant level, safety and environmental compliance within manufacturing operations (ideally heavy industry) and a bachelor's degree in a technical field.
- This position will be the sole EHS professional for the facility - identify existing and potential hazards, recommend corrective actions and build a strong EHS culture for a (200) employee non-union plant. Must have experience knowing what “good looks like” and how to get there.
- Experience with hazardous waste, wastewater (RCRA) and training plus lead safety through influence is required. Ability to roll out new initiatives, having a metric driven approach / utilizing key performance indicators in a manufacturing environment.
