We are conducting a search for an experienced, hands-on Plant Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations and support continued business growth.
This leader will be responsible for driving plant performance, leading production staff, improving operational efficiency, and implementing process improvements. The role will allow ownership to focus on sales and strategic initiatives while ensuring the plant operates at a high level of execution.
The company is highly motivated to secure the right long-term leader.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily plant operations in a CNC machining environment
- Lead, coach, and develop production teams
- Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and quality
- Implement process improvements and new ideas
- Partner with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain a strong, hands-on presence on the production floor
- 5+ years of manufacturing leadership or plant management experience
- CNC machining background strongly preferred
- Proven team leadership and employee development experience
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a growing operation
- Proactive, take-charge leadership style
This opportunity is ideal for a current Plant Manager or a strong Operations/Production leader ready to step into full plant leadership.
