In this role, you will be instrumental in helping to design, develop, and optimize manufacturing systems to ensure high-quality production, efficiency, and continuous improvement. You will help streamline operations, implement advanced automation solutions, and uphold industry standards across our manufacturing facility.

- Utilize CAD software such as AutoCAD, Solid Works, and Creo to design tooling, fixtures, and layouts that enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analysis on production issues, implementing corrective actions to eliminate defects and reduce downtime.
- Create detailed schematics, process flow diagrams, and technical documentation aligning with ISO 9001 standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on lean manufacturing initiatives to identify waste reduction opportunities and foster continuous improvement.
- Able to use CAD software including AutoCAD, Solid Works, Creo, and related schematic tools for designing manufacturing components.
- Basic knowledge of schematics reading, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), CAM programming, and vision inspection systems.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management standards and implementing continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean manufacturing.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis using structured problem‑solving techniques; excellent mechanical engineering skills are essential.
