Job Summary

Maintenance Manager | Food & Process Manufacturing | Beloit, WI (On-site)

Shift & Compensation
  • 1st Shift (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
  • A strong competitive-based salary + 10% annual bonus (DOE)

Responsibilities
  • Leading and developing a maintenance team in a fast-paced production environment
  • Driving preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime
  • Overseeing all maintenance operations, including PMs, repairs, and capital improvements
  • Supporting plant operations by ensuring equipment reliability and system efficiency
  • Managing utilities, process equipment, and facility systems
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards, GMPs, and regulatory requirements
  • Using data and root‑cause analysis to proactively prevent failures
  • Partnering cross‑functionally with operations, quality, and engineering teams
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of maintenance leadership experience in food, ingredient, chemical, or process manufacturing
  • Background in manufacturing environments similar to Kerry, ADM, Nestlé, or other large‑scale food/ingredient producers
  • Strong understanding of GMPs, food safety standards, and audit readiness
  • Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and controls systems within a production setting
  • Experience managing process equipment, utilities, and plant systems
  • Proven ability to lead teams, prioritize effectively, and drive results
  • Hands‑on leadership style with the ability to balance floor presence and strategic planning
  • Experience with maintenance planning, scheduling, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
