Assemble and rebuild trailers using hand and power tools according to blueprints and written instructions.;
Read and interpret blueprints and written work instructions to ensure accurate assembly with no quality errors.;
Rebuild trailers that have been identified as having quality issues before they leave the yard.;
Transition from trailer rework to full assembly duties as performance and proficiency increase.;
Use hand tools and power tools safely and correctly throughout the shift.
