** Where You’ll Make a Difference
*** Serve as the primary interface between Site Operations, Manufacturing Technology, and Supply Chain Planning, ensuring effective daily collaboration.
* Develop and maintain detailed production schedules aligned with plant capacity, constraints, and demand requirements.
* Convert planned orders into executable process orders and ensure readiness for production.
* Monitor schedule adherence and adjust plans based on real-time production performance and changes.
* Optimize production schedules considering material availability, operational priorities, and business objectives.
* Coordinate planning activities with maintenance schedules, shutdowns, and operational constraints.
* Identify and proactively resolve issues related to inventory, raw materials, quality, and plant performance.
* Ensure continuous communication of schedule updates and risks across stakeholders.
** What Makes You the Right Fit
*** Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain roles within manufacturing environments.
* Strong knowledge of SAP systems, including IBP, ECC, and ePPDS.
* Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and plant operations.
* Experience working in cross-functional environments with operations, supply chain, and customer service teams.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex data and priorities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production needs.
* Effective communication skills in business English, with strong collaboration capabilities.
