Position Details

Position Title: Machine Assistant 2nd shift

Location: Pratt (Beloit Corrugating), LLC – 1405 Gateway Blvd, Beloit, WI

Starting Pay: $17.60/hour. Eligible for pay increases at 90 days and 6 months based on performance and attendance.

Our Machine Assistants help with all aspects of turning recycled paper into sheets of corrugated board and delivering them to customers. This includes operating and maintaining machinery, inspecting product quality, and ensuring compliance with safety and production standards.

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy and apply concepts of high school math.
• Common sense reasoning ability to follow written, oral, or graphic instructions.

• Regularly required to stand, walk, talk, and hear.
• Frequently use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Occasional sitting.
• Lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally with assistance.
• Specific vision abilities required by the job (close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus).

• Frequently exposed to wet, hot, and/or humid conditions.
• Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts.
• Loud noise level.
