A day in this role

You start your shift in a state-of-the-art facility—built less than two years ago—surrounded by brand-new machinery backed by a multi‑billion‑dollar parent. You open your CAM/CAD tools to craft and optimize CNC programs for laser cutting and bending. You translate engineering drawings and material specs into clean paths, choose the right parameters and tooling, and plan robotic moves that keep throughput high and quality consistent.

Safety is second nature as you keep equipment running smoothly and reliably.

What you’ll own Create, refine, and maintain CNC laser cutting and bending programs to consistently produce high-quality parts with minimal cycle times.

Convert engineering drawings and material requirements into precise CNC code that supports shop-floor execution.

Select optimal parameters and tooling, plan robotic movements, and ensure safe, effective utilization of all related equipment.

What you’ll bring

Strong CAM/CAD programming experience.

Ability to read mechanical drawings and interpret GD&T.Working knowledge of laser programming and operation.
