Operate and monitor production filler equipment to ensure food safety, product quality and conformity to customer standards and specifications;
Set up, operate and clean filler machines; troubleshoot and report malfunctions;
Complete on-line Quality and Critical Control Point (CCP) checks accurately and at required frequencies;
Maintain accurate work logs and inventory records; perform cleaning and sanitation per SOPs;
Coordinate label changes and downstream packaging equipment tasks; assist with line changes and housekeeping
