Operate and clean the downline packaging equipment (Conveyors, Labelers, Drop Packer, Taper, Palletizer, Case Erector);
Comply with GMP and Safe Food Handling policies;
Perform cleaning and CIP on downstream equipment and surrounding area;
Coordinate label and product changes on downstream equipment;
Maintain accurate documentation and recordkeeping in Red Zone
