Leo Force is seeking a hands-on Robotic Welding Programmer to join its manufacturing team. You will develop, optimize, and support robotic welding programs, fixtures, and processes to meet production goals with quality and safety in mind.
Ideal candidates have experience programming robotic weld cells (ABB preferred), read drawings, troubleshoot, and collaborate across maintenance, engineering, and production to drive uptime and throughput on the floor.
