This role is based in Beloit, WI (On-Site). Join a collaborative, innovative, and safety-focused manufacturing team where you'll work alongside Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality professionals to support world-class fermentation and recovery processes.

Operate fermentation and downstream recovery processes using both field equipment and Distributed Control Systems (DCS). Prepare, clean, sanitize, and set up manufacturing equipment in accordance with established SOPs and batch requirements. Execute batch operations, collect process samples, and maintain accurate production and process documentation. Coordinate daily production activities by addressing scheduling priorities, equipment issues, and process challenges. Support equipment reliability through maintenance coordination, work order initiation, and troubleshooting activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve plant performance, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Commitment to Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) standards and safe work practices.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer systems.
• Ability to work at heights, climb stairs and ladders, lift up to 55 pounds, and wear required PPE, including respiratory protection.

• Associate degree or higher in a scientific, technical, engineering, or related field.
• Three or more years of experience in biotechnology, fermentation, chemical processing, food manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or industrial production environments.
• Knowledge of industrial safety, environmental compliance, and regulatory requirements.
