Our client, in the food and non-food industry, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Marketing Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be an essential part of the marketing department supporting various campaign initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will enable you to thrive within the organization and contribute to successful marketing strategies.
Job Title: Marketing Project Manager
Pay Range: $25-35/hr
Shift: 8am - 2pm (30 hours per week, with room to grow into 40)
What's the Job?
- Lead end-to-end project management for regional marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Create and manage detailed project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate campaign kickoffs, align stakeholders on objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Monitor project health, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate the development of campaign assets including email campaigns, landing pages, digital advertising, content marketing, social media campaigns, webinars, and lead generation initiatives.
What's Needed?
- 4–7 years of experience in creative or agency project management.
- Proficiency in project management tools, preferably Wrike.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with digital proofing and automated workflows.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP are desirable.
