RN/LPN Nurse Manager

At Autumn Lake Healthcare, we pride ourselves on providing clinical excellence and compassionate care in a warm and welcoming environment. As a RN/LPN Nurse Manager, you will play a vital role in leading our team of caregivers at our 45-bed assisted living facility. We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our center, ensuring the highest level of care and satisfaction for our residents.

$5,000 sign-on bonus

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the management of the center, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training
  • Develop and implement effective care plans for residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Foster a positive and respectful work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including resident files and medication administration
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [insert state]
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Minimum of [insert number] years of experience in a long-term care setting, with preference given to those with experience managing a CBRF
