RN - ER

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to provide high‑quality care to patients in a fast‑paced environment. This position requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments following approved nursing techniques, policies, and procedures.
• Document patient care according to standards of care.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care.
• Develop, initiate, and execute individualized patient care plans as prescribed by the Physician.
• Participate in performance improvement activities within the department.
• Provide clinical expertise to support patient care across units and departments.
• Engage in professional nursing activities and peer review processes.

• Active Wisconsin RN Licensure
• Education verification
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications (AHA Provider Level)
• TNCC or TNS certification

This position is for the Night Shift schedule. The traveler may work at a second Emergency Department location within Janesville.

This is a 13‑week contract position.
