Qualifications & Details
- Certification as a CNA
- Caring and compassionate personality
- Ability to work scheduled shifts
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
As a CNA, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care in accordance with our policies and procedures. We provide comprehensive training, support, tools, and equipment. Our team, including a Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nursing, and Administrator, will support you daily.
Daily Responsibilities
- Enhancing residents’ quality of life
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs): eating, dressing, transferring, walking, bathing, toileting, and hygiene support
- Responding promptly to resident call lights
- Preparing residents for therapy, activities, and appointments
- Following infection control procedures
- Documenting and charting care
- Protecting residents’ rights
- Adhering to policies and standards
