  Responsibilities:

  As a RN or LPN at Beloit Health and Rehabilitation Center, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities

  • Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Effectively communicating with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and comprehensive care

  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall resident experience
