We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Hospice team.
- Responsibilities:
Support clinical and clerical activities, provide patient triage and care, manage DME orders, conduct audits and documentation, assist with staff training, and support RN case managers. Also, participate in marketing and provide coverage for palliative care when needed. - Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited LPN program, active Wisconsin LPN license, Illinois LPN license preferred, with 2+ years in Palliative Care or Hospice preferred. Must have computer skills, public speaking abilities, a valid driver s license, auto insurance, and current CPR certification. Ability to work independently and interact with diverse groups is essential.
