Schreiber Foods is seeking a Lab Technician for a 6:00 PM–6:30 AM position on a 2-2-3 schedule in Beloit, WI. You will support the Laboratory department by preparing samples, performing analyses, and recording results with meticulous attention to sample IDs and QA/QC standards.
The role requires the ability to work with dairy and nut products, follow SOPs, and maintain a clean, safe work area. Prior lab experience and familiarity with GLP/GMP practices are preferred.
