Quality Assurance Technician
Our client, a leading organization in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Technician to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting production and quality control teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $21.50 plus shift differentials- $0.50-2nd $1.00-3rd
Shift: Available
Shifts:
2nd Shift (Monday–Friday, 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM, Saturdays required) and 3rd Shift (Monday–Friday, 10:45 PM – 7:00 AM, Saturdays required)
What's the Job?
- Perform routine laboratory operations to ensure product quality and safety.
- Monitor production processes through sensory, weight control, and analytical methods to maintain consistency.
- Evaluate finished products for moisture, ingredient content, color, weight, and seal integrity.
- Document all testing results accurately and communicate out-of-compliance issues to relevant teams.
- Support food safety and quality plans, including allergen management and sanitation verifications.

- Ability to perform routine biological and chemical tests following standard procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with mandatory overtime.
- Adherence to safety and hygiene guidelines, including safe chemical handling.
