Shift: Sunday - Thursday 2pm - 10:30pm (overtime as business requires).

Pay: $25.85/hr+

The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for ensuring products meet established quality standards before advancing through production. This role supports product integrity and customer satisfaction by performing detailed inspections, documenting findings, and communicating quality concerns throughout the production process.

Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy in measurement and documentation, and the ability to proactively identify and communicate quality issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards and specifications.
  • Measure product dimensions using tools such as rulers and tape measures to verify accuracy.
  • Identify and reject non-conforming materials or products while documenting discrepancies and quality concerns.
  • Notify supervisors of quality issues, recurring defects, or production trends requiring corrective action.
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports outlining findings, recommendations, and repair requirements.
  • Enter inspection data into ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools for tracking, reporting, and analysis.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives by maintaining consistent inspection standards and documentation practices.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • Twelve months of prior experience in fabrication or quality inspection, or the educational equivalent of a two-year degree.
