Supervise the store's crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities;
Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote customer service;
Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and inventory of weekly/promotional/seasonal merchandise;
Execute displays and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise and reset departments following POGs;
Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed and coordinate with store management
