Aboutthe role
As Account Executive you are responsible for generating new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and expanding existing customer relationships within Comply
365's Growth Segment. The role focuses on a high-volume, high-velocity sales motion targeting customers typically operating fewer than 50 aircraft or equivalent size for non-operator civil aviation organizations such as airports, ground handling organizations, maintenance organizations or aircraft manufacturers.
365 sales processes, policies, and rules of engagement.
- Achievement of an annual individual ARR quota, subject to annual adjustment.
- Generation of qualified pipeline.
- Execution of required administrative activity, funnel progression, forecasting, and data quality KPIs as defined by the company.
- The Account Executive reports to the VP Global Sales, Growth Accounts or another manager designated by the company.
- The company may modify territories, quotas, accounts, responsibilities, or KPIs in alignment with business needs.
- Minimum 3-5 years of SaaS sales or account management experience, preferably in SMB/high-velocity environments, or relevant experience in solution consulting, delivery, or product roles.
- An ability to manage large volumes of deals and accounts efficiently using automated and tech-enabled tools.
- Strong qualification, prioritization, and time-bound closing skills.
- Clear communication and consistent value-based selling.
- Working knowledge of Comply
365 products and ability to conduct basic scoping discussions.
