Our dynamic sales team is growing. The Sales & Marketing Representative will work in Beloit, WI serving restaurants, cafeterias and related businesses within a defined territory.

• Market performance of Food service’s high quality products and superior delivery to a wide range of customers.
• Regularly visit customers and prospective customers.
• Grow market share by opening new accounts.
• Develop business by championing company‑branded products.
• Develop and execute business plans.
• Ensure independent and regional accounts meet sales and profit objectives.
• Manage pricing, collect money and monitor credit term compliance.
• Effectively manage time and resources to attain results.

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 6‑12 months sales/marketing and/or restaurant experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Salary between $65,000 and $75,000 based on experience during training. Post training, reps earn commissions plus subsidy until they hit 100% commission. Top performers can earn well over $100,000 annually.
