  : $60,530–$100,000 with uncapped commission

Our Field Sales Representatives bring customized, white‑glove experiences directly to customers’ homes. You’ll work independently to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments, offering demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions. With uncapped commission, your career and rewards are within reach.

• Kick off with paid training to set you up for success in the field; coaching, mentoring and ongoing learning opportunities keep you on track and tech‑savvy.
• Connect with existing customers daily; AT&T provides scheduled appointments to engage with warm prospects.
• Use strong negotiation and communication skills to pivot smoothly and close the sale.

• 1+ year of commission sales experience required; outside sales preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and meeting/ exceeding targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license; company vehicle provided for official business use only.
• Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Employment contingent upon successful background check, drug screening, criminal record and motor‑vehicle record.
