Our client, a leading organization in the food and beverage industry, is seeking a  RD&A Technician to join their team. As a RD&A Technician, you will be part of the Research, Development & Applications (RD&A) department supporting innovative product development and testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, collaborative spirit, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $23-31

** Shift:
** Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

** What's the Job?*
* + Support research and development activities by preparing samples and conducting lab and pilot plant trials according to established procedures.

+ Perform routine analysis, sensory evaluations, and dispatch samples to customers or manufacturing sites to ensure quality and consistency.

+ Assist scientists and technologists in product testing, development, and upscaling activities to drive innovation.

+ Maintain detailed records of trial results, manage sample logs, and ensure proper storage and traceability of products.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and support continuous improvement initiatives.

** What's Needed?*
* + Ability to stand for extended periods in laboratory or pilot plant environments.

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for documentation and sample management.

+ Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

+ No prior experience required; a willingness to learn and grow within the role is essential.

+ Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners.
