As a Restoration Foreman, your key responsibilities will be to lead and manage restoration crews, coordinate restoration activities with municipalities, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.

- 5+ years of experience in restoration, concrete, or utility construction
- Experience leading a 3-5 person restoration crew
- Strong knowledge of flatwork restoration, including concrete sidewalks, ADA ramps, concrete streets, curb & gutter, and asphalt streets
- Ability to operate construction equipment and tools associated with restoration work
- Proven ability to manage schedules, coordinate with city officials, and meet project deadlines
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to travel locally and respond to emergency, environmental, or structural repair projects as needed
