Floor Polishing Technician

FLOOR POLISHING TECHNICIAN

CCI is currently seeking a full-time Floor Polishing Technician. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for using tools and equipment to provide decorative concrete flooring services.  to learn more about CCI's Decorative Concrete Flooring services.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:
The Floor Polishing Technician will perform floor polishing functions to provide decorative concrete flooring designs that add an aesthetic appeal, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Duties include:

* Apply decorative concrete coatings (stains/floor coatings).

* Joint filling with polyuria or caulk.

* Check air quality for carbon monoxide.

* Mobilize vehicles with necessary equipment and materials for the workday.

* Assist Foreman in monitoring specific job site materials daily.

* Assist with the cleanliness and maintenance of floor polishing equipment and vehicles.

* Maintain site organization keeping site clean and appearance professional looking daily.

* Site Clean-up

Qualifications:

The Floor Polishing Technician must work as a team and be able to perform all the duties listed above. Candidate must have 2-years of commercial Floor Polishing and Coating experience, be reliable, self-motivated, and willing to follow directions. Candidate must also have reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and proof of insurance, be legal to work in the United States, and be able to travel.
