This full‑time contract position offers the opportunity to work closely with young learners, supporting their communication skills and academic success. Key

Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech‑Language Pathology (CCC‑SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, especially within school environments
  • Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation (preferred)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain
  • Knowledge of IEP process and educational best practices
Role Responsibilities:
  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders within an elementary caseload
  • Design and implement therapy plans tailored to each student’s IEP goals
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to foster student progress and advocate for student needs
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and legal standards
  • Offer both onsite and teletherapy services, as assigned
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Support prevention, intervention, and consultation initiatives within the educational setting
