Move freight, stock, and other materials to and from storage areas, production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, ships, and containers by hand or using trucks, tractors, and other equipment;
Attach identifying tags to containers and clearly mark them with identifying information to ensure accurate tracking and handling;
Read work orders or follow oral instructions to determine work assignments, material requirements, and equipment needs;
Record the number of units handled and moved using daily production sheets or work tickets to maintain accurate documentation;
Load and unload ship cargo using winches and other hoisting devices in a safe and efficient manner
