The City of Beloit offers an exciting opportunity for an Equipment Operator-Streets in the Department of Public Works. This role involves performing semi-skilled manual labor related to the maintenance and repair of city streets and right of way, working under general supervision. Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and relevant work experience.
Working hours are Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with an expectation of heavy manual labor. Certification and driver's licensing requirements must be obtained within six months of hire.
