Responsibilities- Receive, unpack, count and movement of incoming materials, equipment and supplies in accordance with company procedures.
- Enter receipts, customer order shipments, and other inventory transactions into ERP system to support all North Star facilities.
- Process returned material from customers using company ERP system and working with Customer Care to resolve any discrepancies. Returns may include handling of radioactive and hazardous materials.
- Perform cycle counts of finished goods in tandem with material handler team as requested.
- Pick, pack and shipment of supplies via work orders using GDP guidance.
- Package, label and create shipment documentation as required to meet demand requirements.
- Movement of materials, equipment and supplies between warehouses.
- Pick up and use of company or rental trucks to pick up and deliver between North Star facilities.
- Use Fork Truck as required, upon completion of in house forklift certification program.
- Perform receipt inspection while following associated standard operating procedures.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and minimum two (2) years of shipping and receiving experience in inventory control, cycle counting, and work order kitting; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in Warehouse shipping and receiving in GMP environment, International Shipping preferred
Must pass hazardous material/DOT course within the first 90 days
