Overview
Warehouse Employee - (1 Opening on Second Shift). We are seeking dedicated and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our distribution center, serving direct-to-consumer and direct-to-dealers channels. Primary responsibilities include handling incoming and outgoing shipments, organizing inventory, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products to customers and dealers.
Responsibilities- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring products are correctly labeled and packaged securely. Light assembly of products or components using manual labor or small machinery.
- Ensure all received merchandise is properly recorded and stored in the warehouse.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet the demands of both direct-to-consumer and direct-to-retail orders.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring products are loaded securely and safely for transportation.
- Work closely with other warehouse team members and communicate effectively to ensure seamless operations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a variety of individuals and departments.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in warehouse operations preferred.
- Position requires current work authorization. Sponsorship now or in the future is not provided for this role.
