Warehouse Associate

Ecolab, the global leader of premium cleaning, sanitizing and maintenance products and services for the hospitality, institutional, and industrial markets is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Beloit, WI. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll help deliver the products that support clean water, safe food, and healthy environments around the world. You'll play a key role in supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations.

You'll ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This is a hands‑on opportunity to grow your skills in a fast‑paced setting while contributing to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

  Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm & overtime, including Weekends, as necessary
• Compensation Package Offered: $17.50 / hour

• Order Fulfillment (Picking/packing):
  Read orders and requisition to determine items to be moved or distributed; pick merchandise or parts; wrap and label shipments; deliver to assembly line, packing, or shipping areas.
• Material Handling:
  Receive, count, process, store, and distribute materials, tools, equipment, and products within the facility; load/unload items from parts or shelves, pallets, racks, shelves, and designated areas using vehicles (pallet jacks or carts); ensure safe transit using appropriate equipment.
• Inventory & Recordkeeping:
  Notify coach of shortages or if additional resources are needed.
• General Operations:
  Open containers, maintain a clean and safe workspace, may drive vehicles (pallet jacks or carts) to transport stored items or pick up items from various locations.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and policies
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support logistics and warehouse operations

• High School diploma or equivalent
• No immigration sponsorship offered for this role

• This position requires regularly lifting and carrying 50lbs.

• Previous plant or warehouse experience
• Experience operating forklifts
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Experience working independently and as part of a team
