Transport Coordinator

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and logistics industry, is seeking a Transport Coordinator to join their team. As a Transport Coordinator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management, shipping, receiving, and related functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Manage inventory, shipping, and receiving functions within the warehouse.

+ Accurately enter and retrieve data from computer systems such as MAPICS and LIMS.

+ Facilitate raw materials for research and development use.

+ Coordinate and prioritize work in the absence of the warehouse supervisor.

+ Ensure compliance with safety procedures and GMP standards while maintaining a clean work environment.

** What's Needed?*
* + Good working knowledge of math and inventory control procedures.

+ Ability to operate standard office equipment and computer systems (MAPICS, Windows, Outlook, Excel).

+ Minimum of 2-3 years warehousing experience, including forklift operation.

+ Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly.

+ Flexibility to work overtime and adapt to changing work schedules.
