Tire Service Technician

Discount Tire is hiring a Tire Service Technician in Belton. In this hands-on role, you'll install, rotate, and repair tires while delivering fast, friendly service. Responsibilities

• Perform tire installations, rotations, repairs, and balancing following safety procedures
• Inspect tires, wheels, and valve stems, identifying wear, damage, and safety issues
• Operate tire-changing, balancing, and related shop equipment correctly and safely
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with shop upkeep and inventory
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and explain basic tire services
• Follow company safety policies, using proper lifting techniques and PPESupport teammates with vehicle setup, workflow, and quality checks
• Participate in training to build technical, customer service, and safety skills
• Follow work orders and documentation procedures accurately
• Uphold Discount Tire's culture of respect, integrity, and teamwork
