Lend Nation is looking for an energetic, positive Bilingual Full‑Time Customer Service Representative (Spanish & English) to join our team!

Position:
Full‑time entry‑level Customer Service Representative.

Location:

Branch 3236, 7017 N Oak Trfy., Gladstone, MO 64118.

• Must be bilingual (Spanish & English)
• Complete cash transactions for customers
• Initiate customer loans
• Contact customers about past‑due payments
• Work rotating shifts and some Saturdays;
  Sundays off

• Excellent customer service skills
• Cash handling experience
• Ability to operate computers and standard office equipment (preferred)
• Safe, secure, reliable transportation and valid driver's license with auto insurance
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Reliable attendance is essential
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Proof of eligibility to legally work in the United States
