1:1 Special Education Paraprofessional (level
3) needed for the school year at Kentucky Trail Elementary. Salary range: $18.64/hr - $25.48/hr (depending on experience) + full benefits + $786 annual stipend for college credit.
The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education has updated the qualifications for paraprofessionals to include the 20-hour online substitute training program beginning in the school year. Individuals with one of the following qualifications are now eligible to be an instructional paraprofessional:
- 60+ college hours
- Associates degree or higher
- Missouri Para Pro Assessment passing score (before September 23, 2013)
- Missouri Paraprofessional Assessment passing score (after September 23, 2013)
- Completed Missouri's 20-hour online substitute training program
