Nursing Simulation and Tutoring Expert

Chamberlain University seeks a Nursing Simulation and Tutoring Expert to enhance student learning in a student-centered, mission-driven environment. In this role, you will design and facilitate high-fidelity nursing simulations, deliver individual and group tutoring, and use data to support at-risk learners. You will collaborate with faculty to align scenarios with program outcomes, maintain simulation equipment, and model evidence-based, compassionate nursing practice.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate high-fidelity nursing simulation scenarios aligned with course outcomes
• Provide individualized and group tutoring to support student clinical reasoning and skills
• Assess learner performance and provide timely, constructive feedback and remediation plans
• Collaborate with faculty to integrate simulation and tutoring into curricula and assessments
• Maintain, operate, and troubleshoot simulation lab equipment and software
• Use data and learning analytics to identify at-risk students and track progress
• Contribute to continuous improvement of simulation standards, policies, and procedures
• Participate in faculty development, training, and academic meetings
• Model professional nursing standards, ethics, and evidence-based practice
• Support a diverse, inclusive, student-centered learning environment
