Know Boundaries is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our expansion into a new Louisville clinic. This hybrid role combines clinical leadership with hands-on ABA services for children and individuals with autism and developmental needs.
You will develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, collaborate with RBTs and families, collect data, and ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation while helping shape clinic culture from its opening.
