Position: Line Lead (Thursday-Sunday)

* Directly supervises temporary employees in production
* Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable procedures
* Enforce company's rules and regulations
* Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems.
* Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals and maintains harmony among workers.
* Issues written and oral instructions
* Maintains time and production records
* Works with supervisors to coordinate flow of materials or products.
* Troubleshoot machine and equipment malfunctions and report them to maintenance personnel
* Advises employees on care and preservation of items received, stored, packed and shipped; methods and use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining, and shipping stock; and related problems
* Process off-specification material as directed
* Effectively work and communicate with others in the organization and customers
* Inform production Supervisor and QA Supervisor of issues found during kitting
* Verifies corrective action is taken to resolve defects
* Other duties as assigned
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
* Capable of basic math calculations
* Able to read and interpret specifications and drawings
* General knowledge of computers
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Good oral and written communication skills
* Able to handle large volumes of work
* Ability to work independently, requiring little supervisory direction
* Communicates in a constructive and consistent manner
