Custom Steel Manufacturing is growing—and we’re adding skilled Fabricators who take pride in precision layouts, clean fit‑ups, and parts that pass QC the first time. You’ll focus on heavy‑steel fabrication with limited welding (about 10–20% of your time). If you like variety on the fab floor and enjoy making accurate parts more than burning wire all day, you’ll fit right in.

• Show up ready—on time, prepared, focused on doing the job right
• Read and follow drawings/blueprints; confirm specs and tolerances
• Fit, layout, and prep heavy‑steel parts (measure, square, clamp, tack)
• Operate fab equipment (e.g., press brake, ironworker, saws, drill press)
• Weld as needed (10–20%)—mostly MIG; occasional TIG depending on job
• Prep/finish parts (grinding, deburr) and QC your work to tight tolerances
• Keep it orderly—basic machine care, housekeeping, proper PPE use
• Hit daily goals—work independently and with the team

• 3+ years fabrication experience (heavy steel preferred)
• Strong print reading and measurement skills (tape, calipers, squares)
• MIG welding skill; TIG is a plus (certifications helpful but not required)
• Attention to detail and pride in consistent, high‑quality work
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Pay: $25.00–$30.00+/hour (based on experience)
