Production Supervisor - 12 hour PM shift
Salary: $80,000 - $96,000 per year

Salary up to $96,000 plus bonus potential and benefits starting day one of employment.
Responsibilities- Coordinating cross‑functional teams to maximize safety, quality, delivery and cost initiatives.
- Meeting daily, weekly and monthly production requirements, metrics and goals.
- Training, coaching, mentoring and evaluating the hourly workforce.
- Identifying, initiating and maintaining process improvements, including efficiency improvements, scrap reductions and eliminating equipment downtime.
- Assisting with technical equipment issues as needed.
- Reviewing and scheduling material changes in ERP system and making needed adjustments.
- Maintaining manpower goals by working with staffing services and human resources to attract and recruit talent.
- Working with planning and shipping, making adjustments when needed.
- Completing shift reports and communicating with incoming supervisors at shift change.
- Coordinating with the maintenance team on PM schedules and troubleshooting downtime.
- Determining root cause analysis and assisting with corrective actions.
- Communicating with management on the status of projects and production.
- Other duties as directed by management.
- Bachelor's degree required, ideally in a related field.
- 1‑5 years of manufacturing supervision experience.
- Experience overseeing production in high‑volume or mass‑production environments.
- Experience overseeing at least 15 individuals.
- Experience identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives in assigned manufacturing areas (e.g., scrap reductions, elimination of downtime).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work on the manufacturing floor up to 80% of the time.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to coach and mentor others.
- Lean or Six Sigma certifications.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Experience working in consumer products manufacturing.
- ERP experience.
- Process‑oriented manufacturing experience.
- Experience working in automated environments.
