Shift Lead - Belton

We are seeking a Shift Lead to oversee the daily operations and team members during a specified shift. The Shift Lead will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, supervising staff, and assisting with operational tasks.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification is a plus
• Proven experience in a customer service or retail environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of basic computer skills and experience with POS systems

• Supervise and coordinate team members during designated shifts
• Provide training to new team members and ongoing coaching to existing staff
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and maintained
• Assist with inventory management and restocking duties
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with management to make decisions regarding operational activities
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team goals and objectives
