Security Officer Hospital Patrol Support in Belton, MO is a Part‑Time position. The role requires serving and safeguarding clients in healthcare and other industries. You will conduct routine patrols, deter incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.

What You'll Do- Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services when needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, helping to support site rules, direct foot traffic, and report security‑related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with de‑escalation support, routine requests for assistance, and other security‑related duties as assigned, while maintaining professionalism and courteous interactions with the public.
- Hospital vaccines are required.
- Experience working in a hospital morgue is required.
- Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to restrain individuals is required.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
