Position: HVAC Service & Installation Technician

Location:

Based in Belton, MO.

Pay:
Starting at $30/hour (negotiable based on experience)

Schedule:

Full-time, with overtime opportunities and weekly performance bonuses!

• Service, and repair residential HVAC systems. Nothing commercial!
• We are looking for installers too...
• Perform routine tune-ups and maintenance
• Diagnose issues and recommend effective solutions
• Maintain clear, professional communication with customers
• Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on HVAC experience
• EPA Certification --- NATE Certified (preferred)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Must be punctual, professional, and customer-friendly
• Excellent communication skills are a MUST
• Must own basic hand tools
