Before opening my office, I spent five years as a team member, giving me firsthand insight into what it takes to succeed in this role. We have a close-knit team of five professionals—three full-time and two part-time—who work together to provide exceptional service. Our full-time team members have all been with the agency for over a year, and together, we bring 25 years of combined insurance experience. We take pride in our collaborative approach, professional growth, and commitment to helping our customers protect what matters most.
Role DescriptionAs an Account Representative

- State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
